Every worker completes ID verification, reference checks with previous employers, a police clearance check and an in-person interview before we ever recommend them to a client.

Most clients receive a shortlist of 2–3 matched candidates within 48 hours of submitting the questionnaire on our Hire a Worker page.

Placement fees depend on the role and whether it's live-in or live-out. We'll share exact figures once we understand your requirements — there are no hidden charges.

We offer a replacement guarantee — if a placement doesn't work out within the agreed trial period, we'll find a suitable replacement at no additional placement fee.

Yes. Every placement includes a written agreement outlining duties, working hours, pay and terms, protecting both the client and the worker.

Absolutely. You can specify your preference in the hiring questionnaire, and we'll match candidates accordingly.

You'll need a valid National ID, a CV (or we can help you prepare one), a recent passport photo, and contact details for at least two references.

Yes. There is a registration fee for workers who want to join Empress Home Care.

Experience is preferred but not always required — we also welcome motivated applicants willing to complete our training programme.

Pay rates and schedules are agreed in your written contract before placement, and clients are expected to pay on time, every time.

All accepted applicants complete a skills and conduct training programme covering household safety, professionalism and role-specific techniques, as part of the onboarding process when joining the Empress Home Care network.

Our client care team is available to mediate and support you throughout your placement — you're never on your own once you join Empress.
